• Mention the reason for your return/exchange.
• Attach clear images of the product. For defective/incorrect items, images are mandatory.
• Ensure the product is unworn and unwashed.
• Do not remove the original clothing tag.
• Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

• We do not offer reverse pickup services.

Once we receive the returned item in proper condition, we will process the exchange within 2–3 working days.

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
• Products received damaged must be supported with photos.
• No return/exchange on discounted or sale items.
• Only one exchange allowed per product. No re-exchange thereafter.

• Ensure the item is unused and packed with all original tags (if applicable).
• Garments/fabrics without tags are still eligible for exchange.
• Pack securely to avoid damage in transit.
• Include your shipping label inside the parcel.

• Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
• In case of emergencies, contact us immediately to request cancellation.
