All exchanges and returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date for orders within India, and 15 days for international orders. For local deliveries, exchanges can be made either through our online portal at www.aditicollection.com or by visiting our store in Mumbai. However, all return requests must be submitted strictly through our online portal at www.aditicollection.com for both domestic and international orders.
Interpretation and Definitions
All exchanges and returns must be initiated within 5 days of the invoice date for domestic (India) orders, and 10 days for international orders. For local deliveries, customers have the option to exchange products at our Mumbai boutique or through our online portal at www.aditicollection.com. However, all return requests must be submitted exclusively via our website at www.aditicollection.com for both domestic and international orders.
