EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

·         You can apply for exchange/return of garment at Aditi Collection by raising a request on WhatsApp Number +91 8591668707

·         “Return Request for order < insert your order ID here > along with your full name”.

·         Please mention the reason for the return request on WhatsApp Number.

·         Please attach the image of the product along with WhatsApp Number.

·         In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images.

·         It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved / rejected.

·         We do not offer reverse pick-up services. You will have to send the shipment back to the shop address:

·         Within 2-3 working days of the package being received, we will issue a refund on given Account number.

·         Guidelines

·         Products can be exchanged for another size / product within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product will no longer be eligible for an exchange post 7 days from the date of delivery.

·         All items to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. (Of course, in case you receive products in a damaged condition, we might request you to click a picture and share them with us for review.)

·         Aditi Collection offer a cash refund on returns of the online orders from our website. The total value of the returned products will be refunded to you in your bank account.

·         We do not book your return on discounted products (on sale and otherwise), if you have an issue with a product you bought during sale, kindly do fill in the return form, and we will get back to you and understand your issue.

·         We only offer exchange once on any product. Once a product has been exchanged from our side, the product cannot be exchanged again.

·         All queries will be solved between Tuesday – Sunday, 11 am to 6 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

·         Cancellations

·         Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. However, in case of an emergency, should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our team to discuss the same.

HOW TO HAND OVER AN EXCHANGE PARCEL

·         All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.

·         Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.

·          Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

·         Please make sure that you include the shipping label while returning the parcel.
