However, all return requests must be submitted strictly through our online portal at www.aditicollection.com for both domestic and international orders.
Interpretation and Definitions
All exchanges and returns must be initiated within 5 days of the invoice date for domestic (India) orders, and 10 days for international orders. For local deliveries, customers have the option to exchange products at our Mumbai boutique or through our online portal at www.aditicollection.com. However, all return requests must be submitted exclusively via our website at www.aditicollection.com for both domestic and international orders.
